Maxipan Red Cherry Without Stem Without Seed (Pitted) – Premium 1 can
Dark Cocoa Sponge 400 gms
Sugar Syrup 1 cup
Chocolate shavings 1 cup
Whipping Cream 4 cups
Step 1 : Cut the chocolate sponge into 3 equal layers. Soak each layer with sugar syrup.
Step 2 : Spread the whip topping evenly over the bottom layer. Arrange canned cherries (halved) and top on the whip topping. Repeat the process for the next layer.
Step 3 : Place the topmost layer of the sponge. Spread remaining whip topping, on top and the sides of the whole cake.
Step 4 : Cover the sides and top with chocolate shavings.
Step 5 : Garnish with whole cherries.
Step 6 : Serve chilled.
