Invert sugar syrup, better known as invert syrup, is a liquid sweetener composed of granulated table + sugar (sucrose) & water. It results from a process called hydrolysis, in which sucrose is mixed with water and heated until the bonds between glucose and fructose break down.  Features: Stronger Sweetness than Table Sugar: Invert sugar contains 1.3 times stronger sweetness than regular table sugar. Moisture Retention: This helps baked goods retain moisture and prevents crystallization. Solubility: Soluble in liquids more than any other regular sugar, because of which it is helpful in sweetening beverages effectively.  

Application:

- Beverages: Commonly Used to sweeten iced coffee, iced teas, and frozen cocktails. - Baked Products: Used in candies, ice cream, fudge, chocolate ganache, taffy, cookies, and cakes. - Fermentation: Supports many food and beverage products containing fermentation.
